This f***ing lady that doesnt know how to drive hit me today!!! Im traveling on a 2 lane feeder road in the left lane. a lady pulls out of her of her subdivision and the RIGHT LANE WAS CLEAR AS DAY!!, but instead she pulls into my lane and sandwiches me into the curb! She tried telling the cop that i was going to fast and she i appeared out of no where... the cop went and stood where she pulled out from and was like well you can see pretty much the whole road, nothing blocking the view. she said i was going about 80, when i was going 45. the cop was like mam if he was going 80+ he would have blown your door off. then she was like well he was in the right lane and then pulled into the left lane when i pulled out. the cop was like well even if he did do that, you pulled out in front of moving traffic when they have the right away, you dont. the cop knew exactly what happened ,she wasnt paying attention and pulled out into my lane, he didnt buy any of her excuses. everything should be fixable which her insurance will be pay. will need new fender, door, and maybe the quarter panel (might be able to pull it out), and all 4 wheels fixed, or replaced if bent, also alignment. This s*** just pisses me off, i just dont get how some people even have a license! It hurts just looking at the pictures. you should have seen me when i got out of my car, i wanted to beat this women sooo bad! but i controlled my anger and slammed my fist into the ground multiple times (not in front of her). im glad she didnt tbone me and have the car totaled. i guess im a bit late on getting me another dd.
